I think Skywest will get the ax from Delta and only operate for United. Delta doesn't like competitors. Skywest Inc. (AKA ASA) will still fly for Delta.
Skywest get AXED.... Are you new to the DCI network? Skywest has DL flying in west coast FOR THE MOST part and ASA has east coast. Because we are both part of Inc. There are certain markets where we can over lap under DCI such as ATL and CVG. But even Skywest presents in ATL is minimal. I do not know the details to all this but during Q&A in training they explained it to us. I got lost about 5-10min into it but got the jist. Also why we have only really bidded for United west coast flying. But a total pull out of west coast from Skywest there will be a ton of overlapping routes with ASA, just don't see that happening. Maybe someone else can explain it better then how I understood it.
