This constant shift of flying will keep happening, until you all get on one list or some sort of minimum cost structure is set, so Delta doesn't keep moving stuff around.

You can all talk about how their is a minimum % of flying you have to fly for Delta, but now Delta is Delta & Northwest, so something has to give. Contracts will get reworked or payments will be made to break old ones.

Good luck to all of you, but you should be spending your time trying to work together, to prevent this constant whipsawing, instead of bashing one another.
