This week is your 1st week of flying a large schedule out of the MAT on the Shuttle and you guys have managed to upset nearly all the gate agents and all the ops agents and all of LGA mgt by refusing to board 30mins prior. That is part of the product! They have be doing it that way since before most of your pilots were born.... What gives?
Have they been late? The aircraft are also smaller so less seats to fill. I have no idea how the operation is going there but Shuttle's numbers have always been good. If it ain't broke don't fix it. If you're JSing then just thank them and have a seat.
