This is what we get when our industry hires pilots under 23. Miss the days where most pilots where prior military. Much more respect was given to one another.
Don't hate! There are humble young guys in the industry. I do generally agree about military pilots though...I'm personally more inclined to respect military training, at first glance, over civilian primary training.
