I have all the right to hate. I see how people act that are so young in this job. When I was 23, I was serving my 4th yr in the military. The kids these days think they know everything. They think that just because they got a chance to do what pilots back in the days could never do (start so young) that means they are better. The lack of respect for education and to better ones self just cheapens the value of our jobs. Even had kids say "Why should I go to college when I can get a job as a pilot without one". Looking for every loophole they can find without trying. I understand that generalizing all pilots under 23 as a group may not be fair. But so many of them don't prove otherwise. Just look at how these threads always turn. Many times if you do some digging you'll find out that they are young F.O.'s that turn a debate into a rivalry. Now I am not saying the military is the only way to do this, college is another great way to just GROW UP. This job is no joke, not to treated as an EGO contest. You have 35-76 lives in the back. If you value the job, treat it with respect.
