Israel has a strategic goal of keeping Arab countries fighting between each other. Could it be that airline management does the same with Regional Pilots ?
They are doing a good job.
I'd say they are doing as good a job as the Israelis. Good point.
However, I don't think it's any different amongst Major airline pilots. Just look at the Major forum threads arguing amongst "native DAL vs. NWA, DAL vs AirTran, SWA vs the rest of the world, etc." Must be the pilot personality thing.
