Relax. Nobody in aviation is going to hold this against you. It was fairly minor and 15 yo is very young.

Where this could get you in trouble is if you do not report it, and an employer or the FAA out later. I suspect the safest thing to do would be to report it on any medicals or job applications...like I said, no one will care about this if your record is clean otherwise.

However...

If you're not sure if you reported it on previous FAA medicals, you could be in trouble. You can get copies of your old medical forms from your original AME or from the FAA in OKC. If you did not report the incident at the time, you should talk to an aviation lawyer and figure out how to correct that. It probably won't be a big deal since you were a minor at the time.


If you decide not to disclose the incident in the future, you need to find out for certain if it was expunged. But again, you really need to know what you already told the FAA...
