"What a/c the f/o flew IN on" which say's to me that said f/o was OFF DUTY .
So guess what ,It's no one's business what they do when they are OFF Duty !
So in short as long as they are following company policy its NOYB !

I think you might have missed more than one "little detail". It was an FA, not an FO. And "said" FA was IN UNIFORM! So the FA might have been off duty, but in uniform. Which I am 99.9% sure the company policy doesn't allow you to be drinking alcohol in the uniform.
