I've actually been in some leadership positions, in the military. But I'm not going to use that to strengthen my argument ewrbasedpilot.
Nor am I going to bring up a bunch of stuff about "being on an interview panel". Hitting below the belt here on APCF.
I would think that my response to the original post shows a little more than just jumping to conclusions, and a bit of mature thought about what it means to post sensationalistic stuff like this on a publicly viewed website.
I would hope that any company I would work for would value my personal freedom, but if I worked for a company that prohibited alcohol use in uniform, I would abide by that rule, for their sake, and also for the public's perception.
What I take issue to here is the OP's manner of posting this information. Also the OP's not talking to the FA in question to determine reality versus perception. Also the OP's talking about the fact that they considered taking a picture of the FA in question. It is wrong. We don't know if the FA in question's company prohibits alcohol use in uniform, or in fact if the person in question really is an FA.
Whats to stop anyone from posting garbage like this, and causing a row?
Don't you believe in due process and protection of privacy from careless internet garbage?
I would defend you and your crew against stuff like this too.
