It's bad enough to see Mainline flying farmed out, but then when you see one of your most important products degraded it's frustrating. Yes, degraded. When it's goes from a FULL SERVICE MD88 to a NO SERVICE E175 the product is degraded. It has NOTHING to do with the Quality of the Shuttle people, I'm know they run a GOOD product. It has to do with the fact that our customers no longer get service. East Coast shuttle has been a very important and competitive product, and are customers pay the same but get less on the E175. Now if they started providing the same service on the E175, then the product would be equal.
