NWA DC-9 Pilots
Just wondering if any NWA DC-9 pilot can help out with this.
I left a very nice Overcoat in a Mesaba CRJ-900 last week. At MSP, we switched planes and I left the Overcoat in the flight deck. Later on I tracked the plane at ORD. The gate agent retrieved the coat and told me that she’d send it to MSP with my name on it on the 8:15pm flight. The gate agent directed the pilots to leave it in the ‘Flight Ops’ near my mailbox. The pilots were gracious and mentioned to the gate agent they will do so and I appreciate that.
The coat never showed up at Mesaba Flight Ops. I called back the gate agent at ORD only to be told that it left ORD at 8:15pm that day on NW Flight #145. The gate agent, even though she new I’m a Mesaba pilot, never told the NW pilots about that. I’m sure the DC9 pilots brought coat back to MSP thinking it was a NW pilot’s coat. Now I have a dilemma: how to find where they deposited the coat.
I visited the NW Flight Ops on Saturday evening only to be given a wrong phone number by the receptionist (612-727-3397) to call the CPs office, on Monday, in order to track down the crew.
Could anyone help with crew info so I can contact and retrieve my coat? Without it, the walk from the Humphrey parking lot to the Light Rail and Pre-Flight is incredibly miserable.
Please PM with any help/suggestions. Thanks.
Max.
