I joined the Brown Pool about a year ago. Any guesses on how long guys can swim before we are all flushed and have to reinterview? I'd hate to have to start the whole process over again when the hiring starts.
Not sure how long it'll take and if you'll have to reinterview or not but from what I've been told there were very few ( I've only heard of 1 person) who were turned down after the second interview and then only after a major violation was found on the person's file...
So although potentially very inconvenient you'd probably be just fine...
If it makes you feel any better my buddy who's in the SWA pool was told that after 18 months or so he might have to reinterview over there too...
