Her parents saying that she said she wasn't hurt isn't fraud because she can't self-diagnosis properly a medical expert will testify too.
The thing that gets me is the statement from the attorney about CAL already knows what happened and no matter what - they are guilty of something! So much for innocent until proven guilty! Suing before you even know what happened? How about suing for "thinking" you w ere going to die. I guess a lot of MD's that diagnosis terminal illnesses should be put on alert. if they happen to get better - they just might get sued for **scaring** them!
