That last line is quite correct. Spoke to the Atlanta FSDO recently. The guy walked me to the FSIMS website for the purpose of pointing out that the regs by which the FSDOs go do not yet show them a way TO do it, yet. So hopefully, no one's in a hurry to get their CFI immediately.
