I hate to throw the word 'luck' around too much, because that is a bit like saying hard work doesn't pay off. BUT- the gentlemen about 1.5 years ahead of me career-wise with little or no dual given are now upgrading to captain at their regional and I will most likely instruct for a very long time yet.
