I was referring to the guys who are forced out of the front seat due to the legal age restriction into the back seat without an opening in the back seat. I didn't write the damn thing, or make the decision on how to apply it, I'm just saying that I believe that this is how they are justifying it. The previous post was quoting out of the furlough section of the contract, which, for now is a mute position. I think that they are claiming that age is their legal restriction.
