Can all the ANC people bid them and get them? Or are they seat locked? I'm thinking Capt to Capt or FO to FO they are not but FO to capt they are? Is that the case?
I might be wrong but I think the over 60 pilots who took the left seat in ANC are seat locked however those who took the FO seat in ANC will now be able to bid any captain seat in lower 48 - Roberto, did I get it right?
