That's another good point. In the previous displacements, there are a handful of guys who opted for a lower 48 FE seat, who otherwise would have fairly decent seniority in ANC. How and what will their ability be to upgrade to a lower 48 FO seat before a more senior ANC FO does a lateral transition (2 for 1 rule)?
