I don't get excited about shiny new planes or perks on the job. I need $$$$$. We need to get back to the $$$$$$$.

Its all tied together my friend. More shinny new planes means growth which means hiring, which means seniority gains and upgrade, which means more money and better quality of life. If you want the perfect pilot job that pays more money than you know what to do with all while sitting at home you're going to have a tough time finding it.....those jobs are long gone.
