I think your numbers are a little off.....

Did you mean 8 CREWS per month?

Still, that seems a little low.

Sim Periods run every 4 hours, 4 times a day
For example:

Show at 0500 for a 0600 sim
Show at 0900 for a 1000 sim
etc.

Two weeks to do the "sim" portion of the training

I count 16 CREWS per month could be put through training on-site, without any hiccups in the system and/or scheduling.

FWIW, the company purchased 1000 hours in Miami for 2009 (727).
