Reread his post wise guy. He said "guys are getting hired with 500 total time" and after 1000 hours in the right seat they are ready for CAL. After 1000 hrs. in the right seat means 1000 hours period.
Even so. I DIDN"T THINK GUYS AT CAL ONLY HAD 1500 HRS. Feel better.
