Probably not. And I'm sure it wasn't unique to XJT. But you'd be surprised how many FO's got hired at XJT right at the mins, then a year or so later were a new hire at CAL. I know, doesn't make up anywhere near the majority of an average new hire class. But do some math, there were guys (and girls) hired with times that couldn't be too much higher than 1500.
