That still doesn't sound right, and definitely would be an antitrust issue, unless it was some sort of "Most Favored Nation" clause like we had with CAL at Expressjet. However, it still wouldn't prevent pilots from freely switching certificates without having a re-hire process, like at RAH. So any way you look at it, American could not prevent TSA's pilots from flying those jets under another certificate, there was no need to create a separate pilot group, only to circumvent the Union.
