Here is what you do and you will never go wrong. When you get the paperwork you have 10 minutes to push, forget scheduled time. The ramp agent writes the time (make sure it is exact they try to cover their arses sometimes) then sit on your hands for 9 minutes (will seem like forever) and push. If you get it 5 minutes early you leave 5 late. If you get at push time you leave 10 late and so on. Play by their rules and don't get burned.
