Question: Offer is 45K/year to start. Raise when typed, probably to 50K/yr. Not much of an increase after that for a while. How does this compare to what's out there? I have an offer to street Capt on a Dash 8, but it's shaky and only 35/yr. Opinions?
Go for it I have talked to this guy (New Mexico), this would be a great place to cut your teeth in corp. aviation. take the job , stick around as long as you can stand it and something better will come along . You know the old saying, "I was looking for a job when I found this one" Well in the aviation industry NEVER stop looking.

Good Luck and have fun!!!
