Yeah, back in the day guys would take the job here to wait for a call somewhere else. I don't think it's as big a problem now but the contract remains none the less. I can see the company's problem with shelling out the cash only for you to leave in a week after NetJets calls you.

Yes, it's very low. When the company financials turn around that will be addressed. From all I hear the numbers are looking much better so hopefully the 401K will go up sooner than later.
I going to have to umm go ahead and disagree with you on that. I know a number of folks that would entertain offers; fortunately for the company there are no other offers. Part of that equation would include compensation adjustments for everyone. The past few classes have had some VERY experienced people and I find it hard to believe they would stay.
On a bright note, it seems to be busier than I thought it would be for January.
