This situation happens a lot at stations staffed by other than your own company and sometimes I see it as a farce. With all these stations up for bids these days, and it seems that in the case with DAL they're looking to cut costs from dual-staffed stations ( ASA/DL/NWA etc... ) one can only assume things will be getting worse because if you're only going to keep stations around because they offer cheap services I don't necessarily think that they are the BEST services. I agree this FO acted innapropriately but many people are going through a lot these days and your title to the thread of "TEAMWORK" is exactly what we need now a days. Rant Over, thank you.
