Vacation was scheduled for week of 09 Feb, so I could have gotten those days off by sliding to left five days and using the two days of buffer available. The point is, why are those particular R days prohibited from being removed? The reconstruction section of the contract says nothing about this. Nor is it mentioned in any other section.
