If the company has created additional vacancies in the realignment bid for FOs and CAs and most of the over 60 upgradeable FEs upgrade, won't that number shrink to the low 100s? (With the nobidders that number would shrink more to a level similar to the remaining CA and FOs. )
The company is not getting rid of any FE positions! They are going to carry an excess! The company is smart, after the entire trickle down displacements happened, the most junior will fill the empty spots left by the old dudes moving to the front seat! The number will remain the same and 146 of the most junior will be sitting sideways!
