Do what's best for you period. It does not matter what is best for the union as they are simply there to collect as much money as they can. Sure you can be like sheeple and follow the union to the slaughter but thats no way to get ahead. All that paying your dues lecturing from senior guys is a load of crap. They would sell you out in a heartbeat. ALPA means every man for himself and don't ever forget it. Senior guys sell junior guys out all the time so its time for the junior pilots to strike back and tell the union to shove it.
And lets not forget to accept any contract the company offers because you only have 2 years to go and that will keep the lump sum intact. Accept any work rules because "You" won't be have to eat the S*@& sandwich of a contract for long. Let the junior guys deal with it for the next 20 years. And whatever you do, don't think for a minute your "brothers" are going to support your group. You are on your own and nobody CARES!
