Unfortunately there's a BIG difference between needing to hire and actually hiring. Right now we are stagnant, understaffed, and thanks to that (and PBS) there's plenty of guys in the top 20-30% of the list only getting 11 days off...

Don't get me wrong, it's otherwise a good company, but now I'm starting to see why Independence went under.
