Question: Offer is 45K/year to start. Raise when typed, probably to 50K/yr. Not much of an increase after that for a while. How does this compare to what's out there? I have an offer to street Capt on a Dash 8, but it's shaky and only 35/yr. Opinions?
Not sure what you TT time is, but a frax outfit could be just as good if not better for you with quick advancement.
45 k to start, type paid for, set sched, upgrade approx 3 years where pay will be 80k, 90 in 4th etc etc with very good benes.
