Maybe I didn't communicate my point well enough. I meant to say that if you get hired at a garbage regional airline, you can expect garbage pay, workrules, morale, ect.. In this business, we all make our own beds and when we have to sleep in this bed, it doesn't make sense to complain about it. You knowingly went to "the worst regional in America."
I see you fly a E-145, but don't see what airline you are at. Now, just my thought that the worst regional in the US, flying E-145's, would be Freedom Airlines. Are you working there? If so, don't worry, you will be out on the street collecting unemployment soon anyway
I know they had a REALLY crappy working agreement before, and I'm not sure their new one is much better.
If you are at a different regional, then smile, you are not at "the worst regional in America" but a close facsimile of such airline
