I was shown a copy of the payscale from your new contract, and I noticed that there is a payscale for the Crj900/Erj190, Erj195, but nothing for the ERJ175, since NWA owns compass and now its part of the new delta, should I be concerned about my job and perhaps the Erj175 being sold to another REGIONAL. The reason why I ask, this is my 3rd Regional, in the short three years that I have been in the airline industry, and it would suck if the 175 got sold to (RAH?, many rumors out there)and I lose my job here and also my recall right back to my old airline (RAH),if I elect to stay here for FLOW UP reasons to mainline. I still have a number there and am a few classes from going back. I just need to make a wise decision if I should stay here with a potential future at DELTA, or go back to RAH, when they call me back, and trying to get to LEGACY that route. ANy help from you guys would be appreciated especially on why there is no pay rate for the 175, when its the same size AC as the CRJ900. I hope that you who voted on these payscales might know the answer.
Thanks, for all the help.
P.s. It made me sick to my stomach, when I saw what pilot can make flying the RJ at mainline as an FO, its very sad, hopefully they end up where they belong "MAINLINE", for mainline pay.
Not qiute sure I follow your logic here. Why would payrates we have which apply to only mainline pilots have any impact on which aircraft any regional operates? Are you implying that because there is no E170/175 rate at mainline, Compass will be forced to get rid of them? I wouldn't worry about that. What we (mainline and Compass pilots) need to be working on, is getting Compass folded into mainline.
