OK, let's go ask Lee Moak (who actually IS empowered to speak for the pilot group) if he agrees with you? Anyone want to take bets on whether he'll tell us Delta is ready to assimilate Compass or not? I'll put my money on NOT!

You said "You'd be suprised by the number of line pilots who are for it." No, I probably wouldn't be. I know Delta has been hiring a lot of regional pilots, but that still doesn't make a majority. and even if it does, the MEC will still do what THEY think is right.

Claim to be? I make no secret my my identity. I was the ATL FO rep for 3 years. Before that I was a grievance committee member for 2 years. I have been representing ASA pilots for 5 of my last 8 years at ASA. Try another cheap shot, since you seem to have more of those than useful facts to debate with. Yes, I have lots of experience in ALPA and with the Delta ALPA leadership. Do you?
Now getting back to the point, my money is on the Delta pilot group NOT being willing to take a concession to assimilate Compass, regardless of how many pilots you claim are in favor of it. Everything else you are arguing is fluff.
