I think you're looking at it wrong. Actually, it's already in the contract. So the question is "What's it worth to them to change it?" The obvious answer to me is that we make it too expensive to change.
This is how that conversation should go: "So you want the retirement age to change to 65? Well, we'll have to have another week of vacation per year and an additional $30 an hour per seat. What do you mean you can't do that? Well, I guess we'll have to leave it at 60. Next topic?"
