When they closed SJU and LGA it saved the company about 12 reserve lines, which is about 5%, so I'm guessing it evens out with the March increase in block hours. As for May, I have no idea. It is an increase of at least 5% May 1st, so it would appear that we would need 25-30 more pilots by then, not counting attrition of course.
I know we are still on the hunt for aircraft, so who knows when we might get some good news on that front.
