GAP pays a bit more a month, but the medical insurance is very expensive.
CCL has a couple of different plans. At least one will cover you back in the states for up to 28 days at a time. If your family lives in the US, they are not covered. The CCL packages (for FO's at least) are 140 a month. I haven't looked to deep into all the details since my family lives in the US so I will be making other arrangements.
