Hi There,

First time poster here, though I have been viewing this thread and website for some time now. Having spent several months reading threads in the regional forum, it's nice to finally hear some individuals talk positively about their company. Congratulations to those of you who were recently hired by Cape Air. I am currently flight instructing and plan to do so at least through the summer season. Hopefully by then, I will have enough tt to be somewhat competitive and move on to something else. I have enjoyed instructing and found the experience invaluable, but I am ready to get my hands on the flight controls again (rather than just on landing ). QOL is my main focus while exploring my future options, and it sounds like those of you employed by Cape Air have had few complaints. I imagine HR has an ever-growing stack of resumes on their desk right now as hiring everywhere has slowed, so my question to all of you is this: Is there anything you suggest I do over the course of the next six months to better my chances of landing an interview other than just increasing my tt? Your input is much appreciated!
More questions to come...
