Actually, they'd only be scabs if they flew TSA's 50-seaters or flying declared struck work. Oh, and IT DOES MATTER what happened in 2005 because you are living the consequence in 2009. Any other way you look at it is myopic at best.

TSA got the 700s, and that helped lower the bar across the industry. Those who went to and those who go to GoJets know exactly what they are getting into. There you have it... that's placing the blame where it belongs - the first TSA guys that went to GoJet. After the NMB decision was handed down, and nothing from ALPA to even remotely suggest an appeal, how are 2008/2009 hires at GoJet lowballing the industry any more so than any other regional airline pilot?
