Hey guys, I'm in that same rickety boat. Just about to graduate DWC with my 270TT, SEL/MEL Comm. Inst. and no CFI. I got a little bit of scratch to start my CFI at a FBO down the road, but I may run out of funds before I finish. I've tried looking at a couple jobs in the area like traffic watch and skydiving, even got a lead on repos and deliveries out west, but the way things are right now no one is hiring, so I think I'm stuck for the time being. On the other hand I joined up with the local CAP to do some search and rescue. The training takes a while but at least I get SOME kind of flying in.
