This company continues to amaze me. While a good deal and decent pay scale they continually slap us in the face with stuff like these aircraft reductions. Their Machiavellian techniques of employee motivation are despicable and counter-intuitive to any "how to manage a company" handbook. Yet just like PSA we have our share of the senior guys (15 plus years) who rather stay put and compalin and make it more miserable for us then to do something about it. Thus the reason we all should go into any of these regionals with the attitude get our time and get out. None of these places are where we SHOULD want to retire.
