There are UPS'ers on Capital Hill this week pushing for Age 70 legislation. No kidding. I know one by name. I think the majority who have been negatively impacted by the windfall for the over-60's need to band together. They (The gramps crowd) may be well ahead of us in mobilizing politicos, but with Moody and Farley in office, I think we have enough new blood in the union to bring equity back to the contract for anyone under 50.

I'm pretty sure it's not a good time to be lobbying for anything right now other than getting free $ from the gov't.
Pretty pathetic that some want to work even longer.
