In any case, Auburn, I'd like to thank you for your approach and demeanor at the forums. I'd guess three or four users have been banned during the Jetblue vote, on both sides of the issue, for their inability to converse in a respectable manner. Thanks for keeping it "above the belt" over the last couple of months.
Thank my southern upbringing! Emotions continue to run high a week after the election results were announced, and though I was part of the 67% who abstained (voted NO), I am not jumping for joy as if I was part of the winning team. There are clearly some glaring issues that need to be addressed yesterday, and I remain optimistic Dave and our other leaders will take action. I think they finally "get it" and realize the results will be different the next time if they maintain the status quo. I might very well be singing a different tune over the next 12 months if improvements aren't made. I do not, however, expect all of our concerns to be addressed overnight, and hope my fellow pilots remain realistic with their expectations.

In any case, thanks for the kind words. I refuse to make this personal and publically villify individuals for standing by their convictions on either side of the debate. There is no need for that kind of school-yard bully behavior. We all need to move on and continue to work together harmoniously.
