There are clearly some glaring issues that need to be addressed yesterday, and I remain optimistic Dave and our other leaders will take action. I think they finally "get it" and realize the results will be different the next time if they maintain the status quo. I might very well be singing a different tune over the next 12 months if improvements aren't made. I do not, however, expect all of our concerns to be addressed overnight, and hope my fellow pilots remain realistic with their expectations.

In any case, thanks for the kind words. I refuse to make this personal and publically villify individuals for standing by their convictions on either side of the debate. There is no need for that kind of school-yard bully behavior. We all need to move on and continue to work together harmoniously.
What makes you think that they actually "get it"? Because Dave said so?

Why didn't they get it after PCG1, PCG2, and the PCRB reports?

How many chances do you give them before you realize they will do whatever it takes to please just 50% +1?

And, is there an ALPA, or other union drive at this time. Mike and Bill spent well over a year to get us to a vote.

God help us all.
