For some of us this is not our first rodeo, and there is a growing undercurrent that this management is taking us down a path that we have lived through before. Not a good thing.
Management is leveraging numerous aircraft at 10% to Chinese banks. We used to buy aircraft with cash. Now we are going to contribute to the growth of two upstart SWA clones while you two tread water in the pool.
News flash. A lengthy career in the military does not make you experts on this convoluted and soul crushing industry.
I know this post comes off as arrogant but think of the verbal dress down you guys would give to a rookie private who came to your unit and told you officers how to do this and that.
You are right, you do come off as real arrogant. How did SWA get the rep as such a great place to work with someone with your attitude on board? (you shoot me in the face, I return the favor, Nice to meet you, I won't ask "how do you like me so far", you have already made your feelings about military guys very clear)
I have NOT claimed to have any answers at all. All I have said is wait and see the wording. Keep an open mind. People are making all sorts of definitive statements about a TA they haven't seen.
I challenge you to back up your claims that any of us in the pool claim to have all the answers. So what would you have us do? Sit in the corner and suck our thumbs? We're engaging in conversaions. Join us and in a professional manner explain what it is we don't understand.
All I am asking for is FACTS, not SPECULATION.
