Fact of the matter is according to our MEC Chair, call him if you please, they believe pilots would have been called back if it were not for our fellow pilots picking up open time, bending over backwards for crew scheduling, accepting JM, and extensions.... Until our pilot group grows a paid and tells the mgt team "NO" nothing will change.

I will say though, most RSV are flying more then they have been. We have 9 more lines this month. Thus that means 18 fewer pilots to sit reserve. More build ups will occur because of this as well. However at the days end it will be up to MGT to get us back. I've spoken with many of our MEC members and they are well aware and trying to get as much information as they can. However if MGT does not offer information they cannot pass anything along.

Wait and see is all I can say. Maybe some of our pilots still flying will stop stabbing us in the back and wont bend over for crew scheduling and mgt. Will finally say no to open time. But if that does not happen, dont expect things to change. Sorry just the fact of the matter. Our own worst enemy right now is not only mgt but our own fellow pilots whom are making the situation worst by their selfish actions.
