Its highly unlikely that this is a coincidence. Please read the agreement. If the company knew for sure it was getting the 90's they would not have agreed to the settlement. If we take on the number of 90's being mentioned the company will be in compliance with the contract regardless of who's numbers you used. In fact without the settlement if the company had pressed on using their numbers they would have been allowed even more 76 seat airframes. With the settlement they have to use our numbers when the bring new aircraft onboard.

One more thing. They have tried on 5 different occasions to close a deal with the Chinese. Every time we think we have a deal the Chinese change the deal. It is rumored we are very close again to a deal but so far we are 0 for 5. Lets hope this time it goes through. The numbers if we do the ninety deal are rumored to be a minimum of 20 airframes and up to 40. The initial purchase may be a smaller number but there will be a follow on buy. Delta wants a minimum fleet of 36 if they do this.
