Don't worry about the those pesky uninformed kool-aid drinking Captains! They are all monitoring the situation and will probably comment when it is appropriate. For the time being I for one will let those who wish to whine and engage in "what ifs" continue to argue about something we don't have hard data on. I certainly am getting more entertainment just lurking about and reviewing past posts by those who appear to be whining.

I'm glad to see that you are engaging in the thread, by at least being here it shows that you care about SWA. By having an opinion about something that will effect my career, I would not consider that whining.
For your hard data; When I was at COEX, continental's scope allowed for us to fly 59 seat aircraft and below, I was hired in Feb. 99 at Continental, two and a half years later and 275 RJ's, no class date, so off to SWA where its happening again.

For those in the pool (and those wishing to be here), I am sick of our unhappy employees p....g in your pool water. They are telling you it "sux" here at SWA. It may not be perfect but it doesn't s.......! Reality for some is just different. I believe there are some still upset about age 60, "their luck" and how the "world" has dealt them a raw deal. Well too bad. Things have changed and SWA isn't the same as it was 20 yrs. ago.
I have never said that it "sux" at SWA. By your rational weren't the age 65 guys WHINING when the age was 60

That being said, I to wish to see the wording on this TA so that I can make an informed decision for myself and my family. Engaging in conjecture is of no use without that hard data I mentioned earlier. When available present the facts (or in some peoples world - opinions) and quit describing things as if DOOM and GLOOM have settled over SWA. I for one am not buying it!
Well when your a captain and you got yours, I'm sure every thing is just great!

Drink up!

P.S. I will be voting NO on any contract with code share, tell me one airline were it has benefitted the pilot group.
