Your statement is like saying "If McDonalds would just go out and hire highly experienced CEO's and high powered businessmen with years and years of experience to flip their burgers then maybe that would require the pay and QOL to increase in order to attract those types of workers" (If that statement seems ridiculous, it is..just like your posts)...ha ha...
